女士们，先生们，世纪良基集团的新老朋友们：
中国的传统佳节春节已经马不停蹄的马上到来，我在中国北京向世界各地的客户、员工，向下属公司以及所有关注并帮助世纪良基成长的朋友们，致以新年的祝福！
祝福大家马年吉祥！幸福安康！
一元复始，万象更新。在这辞旧迎新之际，无数工程人员、项目经理、行政后勤仍然坚守在工作岗位，不少工作人员依然奔波在世界各地的工作现场，许多项目的建设方还和我们一起奋战在工作一线。
他们有的驻外于异国他乡，远离亲人，有的不能在马年春节回家团圆。我代表世纪良基集团，向他们致以诚挚的问候，祝福他们一切顺利，平安吉祥。
2013年，对世纪良基来说是不平凡的一年。我们共同战胜了各种困难和挑战，取得了圆满的成绩。
成绩来之不易，是用大家的心血和汗水换来的。我向每一个世纪良基人以及合作伙伴表示衷心的感谢！
2013年，我们对世纪良基集团化的深化变革做出总体部署，提出一平台五版块的宏伟蓝图。
2014年，我们将在变革的道路继续前行。
一分耕耘，一分收获。在变革中实践，在实践中变革，我们已经不断突破自我，创造辉煌。我坚信，知变则通，改革必胜，世纪良基人必将创造出新的辉煌。

The speech for the Spring Festival of The Chairman
Ladies and gentlemen, the new and old friends of ShiJiLiangJi group :
China's traditional festival—the Spring Festival has on the coming .I was in Beijing to express New Year blessings to clients，employees all over the world, the subordinate company, and all the friends who help us.
Wishes everybody for the horse year ! Happy life!
New year,new start! In this coming new year , engineers, project managers, administrative logistics is still at work, many workers still rush about everywhere in the world , many of the project owner is still in the busy work.
Some embassies in foreign country, away from family members, some can't go home in the year of the horse Spring Festival reunion. On behalf of ShiJiLiangJi group, sincere greetings to them, blessing them all goes well, good luck.
The year of 2013 is extraordinary for ShiJi LiangJi .We work together to overcome various difficulties and challenges, and achieved satisfactory results.
Hard-won, come with the everyone's effort and sweat. I express our heartfelt thanks to each ShiJiLiangJi people and partners .
In 2013, we make overall arrangement to ShiJiLiangJi collectivization of deepening reform, put forward a platform blueprint of five parts.
